In April 2018, I noticed my 2014 Pilot had a dent in the front bumper, which is plastic. The dent was about 6” in diameter. I checked to see if I could push it out by myself but I could not access it from underneath the bumper or from the engine area. So I Googled “dent repair near me” and O’Dell Auto Works was one of the names that appeared. Being close to my home, I thought I would request an estimate. After reviewing the website, it said a photo of the dent could be texted. So I did. Within the hour, I received a text from Todd to stop by. It was Saturday night so I was surprised. Although I couldn’t make it then, we set an appt. for Monday. Upon arrival, Todd looked at the dent and then checked if he could access it easily from underneath the car. He could not so he checked under the hood and found an area where he could reach the bumper so he pushed on the dent and was able to pop it out. He noticed there were some small indents remaining so he grabbed a hot gun and slowly passed it by the bumper. After doing this for several minutes the dent and indents were 100% gone. He then buffed out a couple of marks that the vehicle that caused the dent had made. The bumper now looked as good as new. I could not believe the results he achieved for an “on the spot” treatment.
